In order for a Sender to accept an offer, they have to input their payment details. However, we only charge senders when delivery is confirmed by both parties.

As such, it is possible that payment fails or technical issues arise when delivery is confirmed. But don’t worry, in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong the Sender is notified instantly and prompted to resolve the issue either by trying the payment again or adding an alternative payment card.

Should the Sender for whatever reason not solve the issue immediately or maybe not be aware that the payment has failed, our team will contact them as quickly as possible to ensure the failed payment is resolved swiftly.

In short - if you complete a delivery, you will always receive your payment.
