If bad luck strikes and you need to file a claim, simply download our claim form and return it to support@nimber.com alongside photos and/or videos of the damage and relevant receipts or documentation related to the claim sum. 

To get the claim processed as smoothly and efficiently as possible, please ensure the photos you submit clearly show the damage sustained during transit. Any photos from before transit are very helpful too, if available. 

Similarly, the more accurate and detailed your description of what happened during transit and the resulting damage is, the quicker and easier it is for the claim to be successfully processed without delays.

Once your claim has been submitted, we will review it to ensure all necessary information has been provided before getting it sent off for processing. Normally we see that standard claims with sufficient information and documentation are turned around in 10-14 working days, however, as all claims and different and the complexity of a claim can vary, we do appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get things resolved.
