We understand that life can sometimes get in the way and circumstances can change, but we would advise you try to avoid putting in offers if you are unsure as to whether you are able to help.

Should you no longer be able to help someone with a delivery request you have been accepted for, simply message the Sender to let them know about the changes to your plans to see if you can maybe help them at a later time or date.

If you are unable to reach a new agreement to help them with the delivery, simply release yourself from the delivery request.

The delivery request will then be active again for others to offer help on, and the sender can chat with bringers that had been in touch before accepting your offer.
