When you have completed a delivery, simply head into the delivery request and you will on the right side find a button to confirm delivery.
Simply click the button and you will have done your part. The sender will now be notified and have 24 hours to either do the same or file any complaints they may have. Should 24 hours pass without any action from the sender, our system will confirm delivery on their behalf and process payment.
If you do not find the button to confirm delivery, it is most likely because the sender has already done this and payment is already being processed.
