All payments are automatically transferred from the Sender to the Bringer once a delivery is confirmed by both parties and do not stop by Nimber’s accounts at any point.

However, in the unfortunate event that a failed payment has not been resolved or a technical issue has occurred, leading the payout to not proceed to the next stage, just reach out on support@nimber.com and we will resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.
