Luckily, most of the time deliveries are completed without issues, but in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Should bad luck strike, the Sender will need to file a claim. Once their claim has been submitted we will review it to ensure all necessary information is provided and get it sent off for processing.

You, the Bringer, is then contacted for clarification on what has happened during transit and that statement is then used as supporting evidence for the claim.

Normally we see claims turned around in 10-14 working days, however, as all claims and different, and the complexity of a claim can vary, so we do appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get things resolved.
