Most of the time things go seamlessly ahead, but every now and then a Bringer might, due to unforeseen circumstances, not be able to complete your delivery as agreed.

In these instances, we would recommend you try to work with the Bringer to find an alternative delivery date or location that suits the both of you. 

If it turns out they are unavailable to help at all in the foreseeable future, simply release them from the task. You will be able to contact other Bringers who have been in touch previous as well as receive new offers for help.

Feel free to contact us at support@nimber.com should your Bringer cancel a delivery without due notice or you otherwise need help.
