Luckily, most deliveries are completed without issues, but we’re here to help if something should go wrong.
Should bad luck strike and something gets damaged during transit you will need to file a claim. Once your claim has been submitted, we will review it to ensure all necessary information has been provided before getting it sent off for processing.
It normally takes around 10-14 working days to turn around standard claims with sufficient information and documentation, however, as all claims and different and the complexity of a claim can vary, we do appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get things resolved.
