We want to make it as easy as possible for anyone to complete deliveries whilst ensuring that everything you send with Nimber is safely and securely transported. This is a balancing act, but we are adamant on getting it right and confident our current system serves both cases.

Anyone who wishes to complete deliveries to reduce travel costs or make some extra money can use Nimber to do so - from someone commuting to work through to large delivery companies.

All Bringers on Nimber will have to verify their phone number and e-mail address in order to put in offers, and in order to get paid, they have to connect a bank account and submit an ID for verification. With this information, we can verify the identity of all Bringers to ensure we can effectively follow up with them in the unfortunate event that something was to go wrong.

As Bringer's complete deliveries, the Bringer will both receive and leave ratings and reviews. By reviewing these you can quickly get an overview of other people’s experience with the Bringer, to decide whether or not you wish to proceed with their offer.

For your further peace of mind, all items sent with Nimber have insurance up to 5 000 NOK (Norway) or £250 (UK) included in the service cost. Insurance coverage exceeding this amount will soon be available for purchase at a small extra cost.
